You can recreate Japanese Genovese pasta at home
One of our favourite Japanese pasta dishes is one with Genovese.
You think that Genovese is not Japanese? Why not? In Japan, we ate really good Genovese pasta. It is really hard to find such good pasta near us, even though our home country is located nearer to Italy than Japan…
When we want to eat real Japanese Genovese pasta, we use this sauce.

The recipe of this product is approved by Tsutomu Ochiai, the owner and main chef from La Bettola da Ochiai.
It costs around 500 Yen and with one glass of sauce, you can cook 3 portions of Genovese pasta.
Actually, we bought some other Genovese sauces in Japan, but we could find nothing that was better than this Genovese sauce.
