Aomori is famous for being the largest apple monopole in Japan, so you can find many products made with apple. 

Last year (2019), we decided to do an apple pie tour, so we got the apple pie map at Hirosaki station. There are 47 stores on this map that sell apple pies, and they had very different looks.

Using this map, we could visit many apple pie stores during our sightseeing in Hirosaki.
